You can download latest AppImage parts and use this command in your terminal cat AstralRinth.App_0.9.301_amd64.AppImage.zip.0* > output.zip for example. We have limits from CloudFlare for upload files more than 100M.

Also, I'm not the owner of that Arch repository.
